1. Order Cancellation by Customer

Customers may request to cancel an order only before it has been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been packed, dispatched, or handed over to our delivery partner, it cannot be cancelled.

To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at teddynest.store@gmail.com with your Order Number.

2. Cancellation by TeddyNest

TeddyNest reserves the right to cancel any order under the following circumstances:

  • The product is out of stock.
  • Payment could not be successfully verified.
  • Incorrect pricing or technical errors occurred.
  • Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions.
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters or government restrictions.

If an order is cancelled by TeddyNest after payment has been received, the full amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method.

3. Refund for Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation request is approved before shipment:

  • A full refund will be initiated to your original payment method.
  • Refund processing generally takes 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment service provider.

4. Orders Already Shipped

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
