1. No Returns

At TeddyNest, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.

We encourage customers to review product descriptions, specifications, and shipping details carefully before placing an order.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged during transit

  • Defective upon arrival

  • Different from the item you ordered

please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing teddynest.store@gmail.com.

To help us resolve your request quickly, please include:

  • Your Order Number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the product

  • Photographs of the shipping package (if applicable)

Our support team will review your request and determine the appropriate resolution.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only in the following situations:

  • The wrong product was delivered.

  • The product arrived damaged or defective.

  • Your order was cancelled before shipment.

  • Your order could not be fulfilled due to stock unavailability.

  • Payment was successfully charged, but the order could not be processed.

4. Non-Refundable Situations
